Pace Road

Pace Road represents a JV ground-up industrial development with a power committment to support data center uses. Pace is well located on 75 acres along I-4 between Orlando and Tampa. Plans contemplate four buildings ranging from 220k to 270k SF of Class A industrial space in two phases. Construction on Phase I commenced in 2024. Pace Road was sold in late 2025.
