Pace Road

Pace Road represents a JV between Element8 and Lincoln Property Company. The ground-up industrial development is well located on 75 acres along I-4 between Orlando and Tampa. Plans contemplate four buildings ranging from 220k to 270k SF of Class A industrial space in two phases. Construction on Phase I commenced in late 2024 with a late 2025 anticipated completion.
