Our industrial assets include well-located flex and small bay products located in dense, affluent, in-fill, and/or supply-constrained markets.  We seek to provide a "last mile" solution where distribution, light manufacturing, and services business can be proximate to their customer base.  Target geographies include top MSAs in the Northeast, Southeast and Midwest United States.

We pursue opportunistic co-GP and JV investments leverating a broad network and partner-centric mentality.  We target investment and development opportunities with strong risk and return profiles, where we can add value through our knowledge and speed of execution.
