321 Interchange consists of six buildings in a multi-tenant light industrial campus in Dallas, North Carolina. The asset is located just north of downtown Gastonia, NC and I-85, approximately 25 minutes west of CLT airport. 321 Interchange's 15-acre campus also includes four separate Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) pads and opportunities for expansion. Current tenants include national and regional manufacturing, food, and distribution firms.
